Jobbeschreibung	Your tasks - Performing experimental work with yeast and mammalian cell cultures - Assisting other team members to adapt and troubleshoot methods as necessary to achieve the goals of the project - Attending team meetings to assist in the design of experiments - Compiling, documentation and analysis of generated data - Providing support with general laboratory maintenance - General laboratory organization including set-up of equipment and order management

Qualifikationen	Your profile - Hands-on experience in establishing and maintenance of yeast cell cultures and mammalian tissue cultures - Hands-on experience in basic molecular and cell biology techniques (DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, Real-Time PCR, Cloning, Western blotting, Immunofluorescence) - Highly motivated and strong team-player - Very good work organization and reliability - Experienced to work in interdisciplinary and international teams - Fluent spoken and written English knowledge Additional preferred skills (not required) - Experience in chromatin-based assays including Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) - Experience in sample preparation for Mass spectrometry-based analyses - Experience in advanced microscopy techniques including confocal and/or superresolution microscopy
