| Jobbeschreibung | Your role: We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to lead our Novel Analytical Technologies team within the Analytical Development department. In this role, you will spearhead the identification, evaluation, and conduct feasibility studies of cutting-edge analytical technologies that drive innovation and efficiency across our processes. As Head of “Novel Analytical Technologies” you will collaborate within cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between analytical science and operational execution, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies. In this respect, advancing the implementation of process analytical technologies (PAT) in our GMP pilot plant facility will be an essential objective of your work. You are open for new analytical and data-driven approaches, and you will maintain a strong network in the company´s internal and external analytical scientific community. Last but not least, you enjoy driving the cultural and operational changes required for the introduction of novel technologies. |
| Qualifikationen | Who you are:
- Chemist, Pharmacist or equivalent by training, profound scientific understanding (preferred Doctorate in analytical or pharmaceutical sciences or comparable area) - Minimum 3 years pharma / life science industry experience - In depth knowledge of relevant analytical technologies for drug substance and drug product characterization - Demonstrated knowledge of Process Analytical Technologies: inline /online analytical methods, chemometrics and / or multivariate statistical analysis - Knowledge of the drug development process and pharmaceutical regulations - Curious and open minded with active participation in an analytical scientific network, staying connected with industry trends and advancements - Strong communication, project management & presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences |
